Cancellation & Refunds: Mock Tests Raise refund request within 2 days of purchase of any mock test . A 100% refund (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) will be paid to the candidate if he/she has not attempted more than 2 paid tests. No Refund request will be entertained after 2 days of purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Classes (Live Classes / Video Course) TestBookLive, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a Batch/classes, or an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force major events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
In case TestBookLive cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the Candidates. However, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate 2 days (or more) prior to the event (before batch start), 50% of the total paid fee (Additionally, GST and Payment gateway charges) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 2 days of course purchase (after batch start), a 100% cash back will be paid (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) if candidate has not watched more than 2 classes/videos. If a candidate has watched more than 2 classes, there won’t be any refund.
